Vibrant, fruit-forward, and beautifully expressive - this single origin from the Gedeb region showcases the best of Ethiopian coffee. Roasted to highlight its natural sweetness, floral complexity, and silky mouthfeel, it delivers a clean, tea-like body with exceptional flavour clarity.

Grown at high altitude and crafted by over 700 smallholder farmers, this coffee is a true reflection of their dedication and craft. ๐ŸŒโœจ

Perfect for filter brews or a lighter, fruit-driven espresso - roasted omni-style for versatility across all brew methods.

Expect a ๐Ÿ“ berry blast ๐Ÿซ that bursts through with vibrant fruit sweetness, followed by hints of orange zest, warm brown spice, and creamy milk chocolate. This coffee is lively yet refined โ€” juicy upfront, soft and sweet on the finish.

Filter Brew Ratio: 1:17
Brew Time: Around 2 minutes (depending on method).

That means for every 1g of coffee, use 17g of water.
Example: 15g of ground coffee = 255g water.
Using a French Press? Try 2 heaped tablespoons (about 14g) with 240โ€“250ml hot water.
