Our Colombia Organic Single Origin is a smooth, sweet coffee crafted from small-yield cooperatives, roasted to highlight its silky body, complex acidity, and natural sweetness. Ideal for filter brewing, it delivers a refined, balanced cup for everyday enjoyment. This one is generally a tad light for espresso.

Filter Brew Ratio: 1:16
Brew Time: Less than 2 minutes (depending on brew method).

This means that for every gram of ground coffee added into the filter there is 16 grams of hot water. If using a plunger/French Press you can add two tablespoons of ground coffee (approximately 14 grams), mixed with 250ml of hot water.

All orders placed before 9:00am on working days (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays) we endeavour to dispatch that day. Sometimes we run out of cofee and its possible your order may take an extra day. The courier aims to deliver your parcel overnight however we frequently encounter courier delays.

You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once this e-mail has been received your order should arrive the next working day or the day after for rural and more remote locations.
