Breville Water Filter

These aftermarket water filters are designed for Breville machines.  These are a charcoal filter designed to remove impurities in the water filtration system to improve the taste of your coffee.  

Water is the only ingredient added to coffee to produce an espresso shot.  Using fresh, filtered water makes a big difference in the flavour of your coffee and the life of your espresso machine.

When to Replace

Change your filter every 2-3 months or after approximately 60 L of water, whichever comes first.
We recommend keeping a spare on hand so you never miss a replacement.

How to install:

1. Soak the new filter in cold water for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the water tank and take out the old filter holder.
3. Replace the old filter with the new one. 
4. Reinsert the holder into the tank. 
5. Fill with fresh water and run a blank cycle through the machine Regular filter replacement reduces limescale build-up in your boiler — one of the most common causes of espresso machine failure. Pair with our backflush cleaning disc for a complete maintenance routine.

These water filters are sold loose and packed into a paper bag. The 12-pack is packed into a box to prevent deforming when shipping.
