Our bestselling plunger/filter blend, Java Gold is crafted for a smooth, flavoursome, and well-balanced cup. Roasted to highlight sweetness and body while minimising bitterness, this blend delivers a soft mouthfeel and even flavour that works beautifully as a lighter espresso or classic filter coffee.

Sweet milk chocolate and malt, with medium acidity and a clean, smooth finish.

Brew ratio: 1:16
Brew Time: Less than 2 minutes (depending on brew method).
This means that for every gram of ground coffee added into the filter there is 18 grams of hot water. If using a plunger/French Press you can add two tablespoons of ground coffee (approximately 14 grams), mixed with 250ml of hot water.

This three-bean blend is built on a Java Indonesian base for natural sweetness and smoothness, complemented by South American and organic Papua New Guinea beans for added complexity and character. All origins are ethically sourced for quality, consistency, and flavour.

Great blend

This is a beautiful dark roast blend that truly delivers. It has a lovely bold and heavy body without any harshness.
We found the flavour profile to be mostly comforting notes of sweet dark caramel and classic baker's chocolate. It's clearly crafted to make an excellent, creamy espresso, but it also brews a rich, dark filter cup.
If you appreciate a coffee that's both robust and smooth, this blend is a wonderful daily companion. Highly recommended for the dark roast enthusiast.

Free shipping will automatically be applied to all bean orders above $47.

All orders placed before 9:00am on working days (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays) we endeavour to dispatch that day. Sometimes we run out of cofee and its possible your order may take an extra day. The courier aims to deliver your parcel overnight however we frequently encounter courier delays.

You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once this e-mail has been received your order should arrive the next working day or the day after for rural and more remote locations.
