 Smallholder farmers hand-pick each cherry at peak ripeness, delivering it to the wet mill the same day it's harvested. From there it's pulped, fermented and washed before moving to raised African beds for a slow sun dry, turned by hand and shielded from the harsh midday heat.

Adumu AB is a considered blend, pulled together from several of these smallholder-producing areas and graded at the dry mill to extract only the AB beans. Grown between 1,550 and 2,000 metres, in a climate that swings from 13 to 24°C with rainfall split across two seasons, it's a coffee shaped by altitude as much as it is by hands.

Filter Brew Ratio: 1:17
Brew Time: Around 2 minutes (depending on method).

That means for every 1g of coffee, use 17g of water.
Example: 15g of ground coffee = 255g water.
Using a French Press? Try 2 heaped tablespoons (about 14g) with 240–250ml hot water.

Free shipping will automatically be applied to all bean orders above $47 for urban addresses and $65+ for rural addresses.

All orders placed before 9:00am on working days (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays) we endeavour to dispatch that day.  Sometimes we run out of cofee and its possible your order may take an extra day.  The courier aims to deliver your parcel overnight however we frequently encounter courier delays. 

You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.  Once this e-mail has been received your order should arrive the next working day or the day after for rural and more remote locations.
